Troubleshooting: Difficulty with Searching and Unexpected Search Results |
- When I search I get the message "Invalid Search Term"
Check the spelling of your search term and try again. If you leave the search box empty, you will be prompted to enter a valid search term.
In addition, the search function requires words that are at least three characters, so avoid using words like "at", "on", etc...
- I'm not getting any results or am not getting the search results that I expected
Check the spelling of your search term. If you are still getting unexpected results, try a broader search with fewer words. For example instead of searching for 'ladder safety' try 'ladder'
