Customer Service and Training

Customer service is core component of the SafetySmart Online experience. Our sales and account management teams are trained to understand your needs and address them in a friendly and helpful manner. You can reach our sales and service staff by phone, fax, email, web, or regular mail.

If you are a current SafetySmart Online customer, email our account management team for all product questions, technical issues, website support, account username/password requests, or other concerns. They will work together with you and our team at Bongarde to quickly address your needs.

If you are not a SafetySmart Online customer, but would like to learn more about our products or are interested in purchasing SafetySmart Online, email our sales team.

If you have a technical issue or problem with our website you can fill out our online help form. We will acknowledge receipt of all submissions. For current customers, we will aim to resolve issues within one business day. Email responses will include a contact name and case number. We will inform you within one business day if your issue requires further investigation.
